No. 99 The Relationship Episode With Kyley & Eva

Kyley and Eva look back at their past and recognize their journey and their unique paths to where they are today.  They both share about

✨ Anxiety and stress manifesting as physical and chronic pain
✨ Family trauma
✨ No longer having to identifying with old parts of themselves
✨ Not letting trauma define you, but letting it be a part of you
✨ Liberation in accepting where you are now instead of where you think it should be
✨ Covid and relationship growth and communication
✨ Being clear in what we desire
✨ Expectations and non negotiables in relationships

Both Kyley and Eva reflect on their own relationships and appreciate the high level of respect and collaboration in parenting, living together during the pandemic, navigating differences, and how non negotiables have expanded and relaxed over the years.

Often we are either rejecting or over-identifying with our trauma and its stories.

And to me, the goal of our trauma story is to get to a place where it is both irrelevant and also you can hold it gently.

You don’t need to reject it, you don’t need to over identify with it. It can just exist as a part of you and also recognize that it is a costume and not who you are at all.
