No. 81 HOMECOMING WITH KAJAL PANDEY

Without an agenda, the most alive, honest, and relatable conversations can happen. Eva had been on Kajal’s podcast and knew she would be a wonderful guest on Hello Universe, and Kyley and Eva are thrilled to bring you this soulful, authentic, discussion.

Life is magical – we are always being helped and supported and guided.

Kajal is an explorer of consciousness as she authors the metaphorical book about her greatest experience, being human. She is passionate about sharing her findings, insights and wisdom to support humanity to come home to themselves. She is both intuitive and practical as she bridges the cosmos to Earth, mixing spirituality and psychology. Above all, Kajal is a mirror for those who are truly ready to see, know and be clear in who they are. She calls this process coming home.

She gives us some backstory - her traumatic childhood and uprooting leads her to realizing God always had her back and after a “hands and knees moment” made her realize she could keep going and discover her purpose while healing from all she had gone through in her early life. But it wasn’t that easy! She said it actually got worse – and she was given the opportunity to come into a place of sovereignty inside herself. She felt so powerless and so broken and abandoned by family and God, and felt so alone and now had to go through this homecoming.

We discuss victim consciousness and how coming to terms with being a victim was key in cracking open the the prison she had in her mind. She shared some 3D examples of how she took back her power:

Begin to form a relationship with a higher power - Set a clear intention of what you are seeking.

Observe and notice what is showing up in your reality because you are constantly being shown what you need Kajal shares with us how she's stepped back from social media for a month.

She wasn't being clear in who she wanted to be and she was feeling invaded by how she was "supposed" to be taking pictures and video clips for social media, and that was ruining the joy she finds in taking photos and videos.

I think the first step to acknowledging that you need to take your power back is to start forming a relationship with a higher power. Whatever that means, it can be nature, it can be a tree, it can be anything. It doesn’t have to be this ideas of a god, but understand that there is help that you can ask for.
