Episode 21: The Power Resides within Ourselves

Episode Notes

It’s another Kyley & Eva episode. We discuss:

  • Black Lives Matter, privilege & unlearning racism within the framework of spirituality

  • Eva’s meditation practice—rage and comfort

  • Kyley’s pull to get out of her head and go deeper into the moment

  • Willingness to be wrong, vulnerability, and hope for possibility for real change

We can’t make change if we think that we’re always right. We have to be willing to be called out, willing to be wrong, and willing to try things.
— Kyley Caldwell
The power resides within ourselves. It actually always has, but for a whole series of reasons we’ve been led to believe we dont have power. And now is the time to start trusting our own inner authority, because that’s where our power lies.
— Kyley Caldwell
We all need in this moment something. Some kind of practice that is your way of reminding yourself that you are divine love. Something that makes you feel alive and connected to your humanity and yourself. If we could all come back to center at some point, that benefits the whole damn world.
